Viayaam isnβt a brand that discovered yoga β itβs a practice that became a way of teaching. No shortcuts, no performance. Just breath, alignment and the discipline of showing up daily.

Behind Viayaam is a teacher whose practice was shaped by the Iyengar tradition β precision in alignment, patience with progress, and respect for the body's honest limits. Years of daily sadhana, hundreds of hours of filmed pose work, and classes taught to students from complete beginners to fellow teachers.
The name says it: viayaam β exercise, effort, discipline. Yoga here is not an aesthetic. It's work you can feel, taught in a way you can trust.

Each asana is broken down cue by cue β where the weight sits, what the spine does, what to press and what to soften. The filmed pose encyclopedia behind our classes covers standing, seated, inversion and chair work, each shot from angles that show the honest mechanics.

Ujjayi, nadi shodhana, kapalbhati β breathwork is not a warm-up here, it's the spine of the practice. Movement follows breath, never the other way around.

From daily group classes to one-on-one work with students like Petra, Bianca and Kira β the teaching adapts to the body in front of it. Props, chairs, walls, whatever serves the pose.
Whether you want a steadier practice or you're ready to teach β the 200-hour training is where the work begins.
